Are there any items not covered by the warranty? +

Normal wear and tear, homeowner maintenance items, and damage caused by homeowner negligence or acts of nature are not covered. Your warranty documentation provides a complete list of exclusions.

Can I transfer my warranty to a new owner? +

No, the warranty is not transferable to new owners. The warranty coverage is exclusively for the original purchaser of the home from Edwards Homes.
